PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD — Dr. Antwan C. Brown, candidate for Register of Wills in Prince George’s County, has earned the endorsement of Win With Black Men PAC, a national organization dedicated to empowering Black men and their communities through civic engagement, voter education, and grassroots action.
The endorsement comes during Early Voting, which runs through June 18, 2026, and ahead of the June 23 Election Day.
In announcing their endorsement, Win With Black Men stated:
“This endorsement is a reflection of our collective belief in his vision, his record, and his commitment to ensuring the Register of Wills office helps Black families in Prince George’s County Plan ahead, Protect what they’ve built, and Prepare the next generation.”

Dr. Brown expressed deep gratitude for the endorsement, calling it a reflection of the campaign’s core mission.
“This endorsement means everything to me,” said Dr. Brown. “Win With Black Men has been on the frontlines of civic engagement for Black communities across this country. To have their support is a testament to what this campaign stands for, making sure every family in Prince George’s County has access to an office that truly serves them.”
Dr. Brown is running on a platform centered around three core commitments, helping families Plan ahead, Protect what they’ve built, and Prepare the next generation. As Register of Wills, he has pledged to put people first through a Community Advisory Group to strengthen communication between the office and families, annual Community Education Summits focused on estate planning, retirement security, and caregiving preparation, a Caregiver Support Network to help families navigate life’s transitions, and an Office Ombudsman to provide dedicated support for residents navigating wills, estates, trusts, and probate-related questions.
Dr. Brown brings a distinguished record of public service to this race, including his service as a U.S. Army Veteran, his role as Chair of the Prince George’s County Democratic Central Committee, and his tenure as Administrative Director in the Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives. He also previously served as Regional Director for Governor Wes Moore’s campaign, who has since endorsed Dr. Brown for Register of Wills.
